B25TE512AU, B25XE512AU and B25FQEM1GAU are high performance and high density NOR Flash additions to the 1.8V product families. The first two products are 512Mb and the third a 1Gb density product, all featuring advanced performance focused specifications. The B25TE512AU operates at up to 200MHz using a SPI interface in DTR (Double Transfer Rate) while the B25XE512AU uses an advanced OCTAL interface at 200MHz DTR mode. B25FQEM1GAU is 1Gb product with feature-set equivalent to B25TE512AU. These devices are designed to operate in XiP (eXecute-In-Place) mode, significantly reducing the need for SRAM to execute code.
